3. Finally, I'm making some serious progress in the renovation of my new studio space.

4. Having breakfast in bed is all right with me.

5. Sweet or savory: savory over sweet anytime.

6. Those snow boots in the closet are new.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to spending some time with the family, tomorrow my plans include packing, and Sunday, I want to sleep all day!

The weather has been very cold. It's been down in the single digits. I miss warm days. I miss the sunshine.

Around Here

Social media and the internet can really be time suckers. That is why I decided to minimize my online activity. As well as take some time away from creating art. The long break helped me focus on certain things that needed to be done.

I have been very busy working on my new studio space. Last week I spent an entire day installing the insulation and a moisture barrier under my building. My electrically and mechanically savvy husband installed an indoor and outdoor light.

There is still a lot left to do. Sometimes it seems like it’s never going to be done. I hope to be moved in by this summer. I am also going to try and create some new art. Wish me luck.

Peace.
